Can Xbox 360's get viruses?

I was just wondering if Xbox 360's can get viruses.

It's possible, but there's an extremely small chance that it can happen.

The only way that it can happen is if someone hacks into XBL, otherwise, it's next to impossible.

XBL is a private server, so MS controls what gets uploaded, and who can upload things. Since all gamers can do is download stuff, there's no chance that a gamer is going to upload a program that has a virus.

Anything with a processor and operating system can get viruses. However, I haven't heard of any yet.
i havent heard if it can or cant and im sure theres ppl that r trying to
If someone hacks their box so they can use it as a PC (running a standard OS on it), it could get a virus just like any PC but I doubt it would be able to spread to other 360's over live. Although it is theoretically possible since data has to be shared between consoles during on-line play.

If Microsoft put a web browser on the x-box there's no question they could get viruses, which goes back to the PC operating system deal.
It is theoretically possible but very unlikely because of how locked down Microsoft keeps the system and the internet service. Even if one did get made it could quickly be dealt with by Microsoft through Xbox Live
