Norton has detected 47 trojan viruses on my computer. A lil help here?

OK so norton dedected 47 trojan viruses and norton cant do crap deleteing trojans for some reason so im not sure what to do. Just tell me how do get them all off.

personally, i would save any thing i wanted on cd/dvd and do a complete reinstall of the operating system. that would be the best way and only way to know for sure that all of the virus or trojans no longer exist. just be sure that you have the cd of the operating system to do the reinstall.good luck.

Can't really help with Norton, never used it. But read on I may be able to help.

Trojans are Very difficult to remove sometimes. You may need to find the name of each one and pick it out one at a time, or your computer could be so corrupted you may need to reformat. (BACK UP any data you need to keep first)

I would install AVG (see below) and disable Norton. Then scan again, then install the other programs I recommend and update them and run ALL of them. (one adware / spybot at a time though. the others run in the background ALL the time to block new Malware.
