Can you tell which computers have viruses when you have a server?panda

Just with an antivirus program if you run it and it is up to date and the virus is listed in the antivirus program to look for it...if you suspect a virus do a system restore to get it out...

Computer system restore advice

Re-load windows or system restore from the disk. If you don't have a system restore disk, call the place where you bought the computer and ask them for the 800 manufacturer support number where you can buy one. I got one for $11 and it came fast. Then find out from online manufacturer live support what the procedure is for doing a ''manufacturer system restore''. HP told me that is the only way to get rid of viruses...not just using the system restore disk, but the correct procedure to do a manufacturer's system restore. They emailed me the instructions.

Here is what they told me for HP manufacturer system restore procedure..(only for HP computers)

1. Enter the system BIOS and select the Boot menu. (to enter into BIOS press F1 at the HP logo screen .)

2. Change the startup (boot) order so the computer starts from the first optical drive (CD-ROM/ATAPI CD-ROM/DVD). You may need to enter a sub-menu called Boot Device Priority .
