It DOES NOT give viruses. That's slander of a company, so don't say it. If you search for bookmarks, you will see NUMEROUS examples of what I mean. So, why are there dumb people in our world that say crazy things like Mozilla FireFox gives viruses?

unfortunately mozilla firefox browser is not 100% secure, there are holes in it which allows hackers silently install viruses...that's why some people say that it gives viruses...
p.s. i use firefox browswer myself and i think it's more secure and faster than IE

think they might work for Microsoft. i know lots of people that have changed from IE to Firefox, but none that have gone from Firefox to IE.
when on da internet no matter what browser you use if not taking care there can be a virus put on pc . firefox is verry fast and %26 has good security . over explorer. firefox does not give virus. explorer does not give virus it is da pc user who ends up trying to download files %26 not checking them for virus befor they open that file if they go to a website that has auto download virus on if they dont use a good antivirus to block that virus it dont matter what browers they use da virus will come on pc. it all is how to be safe online
