It is a music site where you can add playlists to your myspace page.

Is this a trusted site? Could it potentially give my computer viruses?

if you have anti-virus and anti-spyware software installed you should be okay... although you should never give out any personal information (especially usernames/passwords or credit card information) to a site you don't absolutely trust

I'm sure its fine. Many people use it for their own myspace pages, etc. I've used it too, and my computer hasn't had any serious problems. If you have Mozilla Firefox, it should alert you when a website is potentially dangerous.
Use Site Advisor....
Get a good, free antivirus program like AVG. That will alert you if anything is getting in. The fact that you are hesitant means that you are above the curve of the average computer user.
